We understand that circumstances can change, requiring alterations or cancellations to your booking. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting the lodge from last-minute cancellations.

Cancellation Fees

In the unfortunate event that guests need to cancel their booking, the following cancellation policies apply:

31+ days before arrival

0% of the full amount

Full refund of any payments made

30 days or less before arrival

50% of the full amount is forfeited

Half of your payment will be retained

14 days or less before arrival

100% of the full amount is forfeited

Includes no-shows or early departures

Shortened Stays

Changes that result in a shortened stay may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined above

Extended Stays
